  • Diluez l'huile essentielle harmony avec une huile de support telle que l'huile de coco, de jojoba ou d'amande, en respectant les ratios de dilution appropriés.

01. Un spritz enivrant

L'équilibre par un simple pschitt

Harmony est un mélange parfait pour une utilisation en tant que spray d'ambiance ou pour le corps. Ajoutez 20 gouttes d'Harmony, 2 oz d'eau distillée dans une bouteille de spritz en verre. Pour les bouteilles plus grandes, utilisez 10 gouttes d'Harmony pour chaque once de votre bouteille.

02. Application topique

Soulagez les crampes et améliorez votre humeur

Exploitez le pouvoir équilibrant de la sauge sclarée et l'énergie stimulante des huiles d'agrumes pour aider à soulager les troubles menstruels. Mélangez 2 à 4 gouttes d'Harmony avec 10 ml de votre huile de support préférée et versez dans un flacon à roulettes. Appliquez sur le bas-ventre selon les besoins.

03. Un bain de fraîcheur

Apporter de l'harmonie dans un bain chaud

Apportez une ambiance lumineuse et équilibrante à votre bain. Dans un bol, mélangez quelques gouttes d'Harmony à une tasse de sel d'Epsom et versez le tout dans un bain chaud. Conservez le mélange non utilisé dans un récipient en verre hermétique.
