How to Use

  • Plug in the diffuser in your bedroom
  • Fill with water up to the "fill" line

How to Use

  • Spray Linens and pillows with the Lavender Floral Water
  • Apply the Sweet Dreams roll-on to wrists, bottom of feet, and neck behind bars
  • Spray legs and bottoms of feet with Magnesium & Rose (Note: The magnesium wull be absorbed into your body and will aid with sleep; a temprary itch is normal when starting to use magnesium topically)
