Rest, Relax & Breathe:

Add 5-10 drops of breathe essential oil to your diffuser, depending upon your preference in your diffuser of choice

Find your Breath again:

Dilute breathe essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil, following proper dilution ratios.

Open your airways and pores with a refreshing facial steam. Fill a bowl with hot water and add 2-4 drops of Breathe. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel. Breathe deeply for a few minutes or until you feel your airways are clear and open.
02. Apply Topically: Bring Breathe for instant relief anywhere
Take Breathe wherever you go in a convenient roll-on bottle. Mix 2 drops of Breathe with 10ML of your favourite carrier oil and pour into a roller bottle.
03. In the Shower: Boost your shower routine with Breathe
Perfect to help relieve cold, flu and asthma symptoms, simply add 2-4 drops of Breathe onto a damp face cloth and hang it in your shower while you wash to release the aroma in the steam.
